evaluation

From the beginging i have enjoyed this project i have enjoyed the ibook adding the interactive elements and then seeing it come to life on the iPad and though coding the html was hard i have enjoyed that also. At the beginging we was told to do wireframes i found this really hard at the time because i wasnt sure on how i wanted my website too look and i wasn't partially sure what a wireframe was supposed to look like thats why in my pitch it looks very under developed and i didn't get very good feedback on that but i understand that i have since done different wireframes in my sketchbook. When we first started i had never done any coding but i feel i have grown since then and i would know how to plan out wireframes now. If I had more time to do my website I would defiantly improve some things as i know its no where near as perfect as i would like it, but i would defiantly improve the way some of my pages are layed out, for example on my plants page i would change the pictures from being links to sections but links to new pages about the specific plant being spoken about. another thing i would change would be the headings possibly make them a bit smaller as they are very large when at full screen and lastly i would make my climate page more exciting as it defiantly lacks creativity the same with my ibook as well. Over all i enjoyed the project and would defiantly like to work on web design and ibooks again i have learnt a lot about html, css, ibooks and rivers!
